This is release v0.49b-07 (3 Nov 2002), which means that it is release 07
of the RISC OS port of pscp for Windows v0.49b.

0.49b-07 ( 3 Nov 2002)  Released with new CryptRandom 0.09 - fixes security
			hole in CryptRandom_Block SWI (not used by pscp)

0.49b-06 ( 1 Jan 2002)  Recompiled using GCC 2.95.4 and associated UnixLib - 
                        should fix lockups with PPP and RISC OS 4 (the
                        infamous Upcall Handler bug in UnixLib)
                        
0.49b-05 ( 4 Aug 2001)  Non-beta release of 0.49b-04b

0.49b-04b(13 May 2001)  Bug fixed which gave OS_GBPB error when transferring
                        single files (transfer still worked though).
                        Fixed bugs related to transfer of image files, leaving
                        files open on transfer failure.  Relinked with Peter
                        Naulls' new UnixLib

0.49b-03 ( 8 Jan 2001)  Upgraded CryptRandom to 0.06
                        (was not saving seed properly)

0.49b-02 (12 Dec 2000)  Upgraded CryptRandom to 0.03
