0.13 ( 1 Jun 2012) Rebuild for ARMv7 compatibility (BeagleBoard etc).  Port build
                   environment to GCCSDK/RiscPkg
0.12 (21 Oct 2003) Based on suggestions from Justin Fletcher:
                   Rebuilt with StubsG.  Now doesn't scan <Obey$Dir> on initialisation.
                   Revised free space scan of <Wimp$ScrapDir> instead of <Obey$Dir>:
                   tries 64 bit query, reverts to 32 bit if not supported.  Only does this
                   and scans contents if <Wimp$ScrapDir> is set.
                   
                   Tightened up adding of noise to pool; prospective noise is zeroed before
                   being gathered, so that if a noise gathering call fails no data from the
                   stack is added to the pool.  See top of noise.c about the rationale
                   behind this.

0.11 ( 9 Aug 2003) If the RISC OS 5 HAL is available (or HAL26 module is loaded)
                   ultra-light noise generation tries to call HAL_ReadCounter to                                   get more entropy from the IOC's timer.  Should increase the
                   randomness of multiple calls within a few centiseconds of
                   each other.
